In general, the working pressure of pump is selected according to the pressure of actuator that requires the highest pressure among the actuators in the system. In this way, since the working pressure of other actuators is lower than the supply pressure of the pump, it can be used in each actuator. A pressure reducing valve is connected in series, and each actuator can obtain a suitable working pressure by adjusting the pressure reducing valve.
(2) Relief valve
It’s also known as safety valve, pressure limiting cut-off valve, etc., it has the function of pressure limiting safety protection. The relief valve reliefs the corresponding pressure through the valve port, adjusts the working pressure of system or limits its maximum working pressure, and prevents the system from overloading the working pressure. The main requirements for the relief valve are good static and dynamic characteristics. Static characteristics refer to good pressure-flow characteristics. Dynamic characteristics refer to stable operation, small pressure overshoot and fast overflow response after sudden external disturbance.
(3) Sequence valve, balance valve
A sequence valve is a pressure valve that uses different or the same pressure as a control signal to automatically connect or cut off a certain oil circuit, and control the actuator to act in a certain order.
