Medium Pressure Electronic Air Pressure Regulator (0-30bar, 435 psig)

KaoLu's 30 bar (430 psig) electronic pressure regulator consists of high pressure solenoid valves, high pressure transducer, and intelligent electronics processing PID closed loop pressure regulation. The output air pressure is linearly proportional to the input electronic signal, featuring high accuracy, high speed, and high resolution. This medium pressure electronic air pressure regulator provides a revolutionary performance in both dynamic and static pressure control environment.

Features and Applications
QKL-B1S electronic air pressure regulator provides exceptional control ratio from 1 psig up to 430 psig. It has flow rate of 45 L/min at 435 psig inlet pressure, and is suitable for controlling smaller size container, such as mini cylinder, microfluidics and calibration equipment. It works well with both static and dynamic flow. Past customers have used for high accuracy gauge calibration, air leakage testing, and aerospace testing equipment.

QKL-B3H electro pneumatic regulator provides high flow characteristics with flow rate 6000 L/min at 30 bar inlet pressure. It is suitable for regulating air pressure in a large tank or a dynamic flow working conditions. Typical applications are laser cutting machine, PET bottle blow molding, or high volume testing equipment. It features 0.3 bar (4.3 psi) start-up pressure, fast pressure switch time, and high resolution. In case a micro-pressure regulation is needed, please consult our lower pressure model.

Both types have selections of external pressure sensor feedback control. Please provide the type of pressure sensor output signal when ordering.

1. What type of input signal is available with QKL electronic air pressure regulator:
A:0-10V, 4-20mA, RS485-modbus. Customised analogue signal is also possible.

2. How to select in between QKL-B1S and QKL-B3H model?
A: QKL-B1S digital pressure regulator has a lower flow rate, thus that in controlling the pressure change in a small closed container can be more precise and high resolution. QKL-B3H has a higher flow rate and a dynamic flowing condition in downstream is preferable working condition. Please provide downstream process to our sales engineer.

3. I need one that has high performance in both low pressure condition and high pressure condition, what is the most suitable model?
A: Both types can work well in either end. It is important that the customer knows the volume of the downstream or what flow rate is needed so that we can choose the most suitable regulator for you.
